§3 Registration and Contract
The contract is established upon registration. The free plan (Starter) is unlimited in duration. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
Users must be at least 18 years old and may not use the platform for illegal purposes.
§4 Pricing and Payment
All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Current prices are listed on the pricing page. Payment is processed via Stripe. Available methods: credit card, SEPA direct debit (where available), Apple Pay, Google Pay.
If a payment fails, the subscription will be downgraded to the free plan after a 7-day grace period.
§5 Cancellation
Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation can be done via the Stripe customer portal (accessible through account settings) or by emailing support@sovarion.ai.
After cancellation, the account reverts to the free plan. Already-paid periods are not refunded proportionally.
§6 Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for financial losses resulting from the use of the platform or following the provided analyses.
AI-generated forecasts and analyses may be inaccurate. Historical accuracy of forecasts is not a reliable indicator of future results. The user is solely responsible for their own investment decisions.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for breaches of essential contractual obligations. Liability for damages to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
Maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
§7 AI-Generated Content
All market analyses, forecasts, research reports, and trading signals provided on the platform are generated by AI systems (Claude by Anthropic). This content:
- Is based on publicly available market data, SEC filings, and news sources
- Is automatically generated and not reviewed by a human analyst
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
- Does not constitute personal advice and does not consider the individual financial situation of the user
- Must not be used as the sole basis for investment decisions
§8 Intellectual Property
All platform content (software, analyses, text, graphics) is protected by copyright. Use is only permitted within the scope of the subscription. Redistribution, publication, or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.
§9 Usage Restrictions
A maximum of 2 concurrent sessions per user is permitted. Automated scraping, systematic downloading, or redistribution of data to third parties is prohibited. The Provider reserves the right to suspend access in case of violation.
§10 Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice (at least 14 days via email). If the user does not object within 14 days of receiving the notification, the amended terms are deemed accepted.
§11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For disputes with business users, the place of jurisdiction is [City]. For consumers, statutory provisions apply.
